Mashwani rugs are a sign of beauty, style, and tradition. These Tribal rugs have been woven by the Mashwani subtribe in the mountains of Northwest Afghanistan/suburb of Herat, for centuries.  They are soft, thin, and delicate yet durable. The Mashwani rugs are woven mostly by women with a fine quality Biljik wool and vegetable dyes.   

Mashwani rugs are a combination of traditional style with a modern look. These rugs are known for their incredible quality and soft-to-touch wool.  The geometrical design is balanced with intricate patterns.  Due to their fine quality and popularity this rugs are becoming harder to find.  This rug will last many generations.
